Alain Marc FOY was born on April 25, 1966 in Terre de Haut. He is a marine carpenter, passionate about his job and about safeguarding the heritage represented by the traditional Saintoise.
Following the death of his father, also a carpenter by training, he chose to perpetuate the family business, created in 1978
